Sterling is a battle-hardened business strategist and operations fixer. He was worked with the likes of Amazon & Samsung but his heart belongs to small to mid-sized businesses and their teams. After helping over 1,000's of businesses over 12 years in digital marketing operations, and system architecture, he saw the same pattern again and again: too many applications that did not work together, were not being used or setup properly, and therefore burning out their owners...
